About This Project

The existing ducted air conditioning unit at this high street bank branch served half of the banking hall and several back-office rooms, and had reached the end of its serviceable life. The branch remained open to customers throughout, so the work area was safely segregated and all ceiling access was managed to keep the public areas clean and tidy. Our engineers removed the old unit and associated ductwork connections, safely recovered the refrigerant in line with FGAS regulations, and installed the replacement unit in its place. The new system was connected to the existing ductwork, fully commissioned and handed over within the five-day window, with no disruption to the branch's day-to-day operations.
