About This Project

We were called in to support a school with four aging Air Source Heat Pumps for which spare parts were no longer available. When one unit failed and had to be decommissioned, we identified an opportunity to recover a serviceable compressor from the non-operational system. Our team carefully removed the compressor and successfully reinstalled it into another unit, restoring full operation quickly and cost-effectively. Given the importance of maintaining a warm environment for the school, we prioritised a rapid response to minimise disruption during the heating season.
