About This Project

All mechanical and electrical plant on the flat roof had to be removed to allow a new roof system to be laid - a straightforward enough scope on the surface, but with a significant complication. The work was being carried out for the landlord, yet every unit on the roof belonged to a different tenant. Each isolation and reinstatement had to be individually agreed, scheduled and communicated with the relevant occupant. Managing that many stakeholders alongside the physical works required careful coordination at every stage. All parties were kept informed throughout, and every unit was reinstated correctly and on time.
