This job was extremely challenging not only due to the space and time constraints, but being in the centre of London did not help either. The road had to be closed off and the assistance of a crane was called in for this battle. In the one corner was a condenser coil weighing in at 200Kg and 4m in length, and the other corner was a compressor weighing in at 185Kg – both of which needed replacing. Not to mention they were on the roof of a 5 story building and time was of the essence because they were serving laboratories.
